SOUP: Minestrone w/ Meatballs
APPETIZER: Salmon Carpaccio / Grilled Octopus
PASTA : Linguini with seafood and smoked salmon in a light cream sauce wit sicilian lemon zest
FISH : Seared Tuna topped with clams, scallops, chives and cherry tomato ina white wine sauce side of lobster ravioli.
MEAT :Whole boneless baby organic chicken, stuffed w/ ricotta cheese, walnuts, basil & sun dried tomato in a marsala wine sauce, served with truffle risotto.
DESSERT: Dulce de leche creme brulee
